2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.

• Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• Tracked and Signed options are available for added peace of mind.

• International shipping varies by country, usually 5–15 working days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Free UK shipping may be offered as part of promotions or minimum‑spend offers.

4. Order Tracking

• If you select a tracked service, your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

• Standard (untracked) shipping does not include tracking information.

5. Delayed or Missing Parcels
