At Let’s Sense Crystals, We want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, We're here to help. Please read the policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Because crystals are natural and each piece is unique, slight variations in colour, shape or size are normal and not considered faults.
2. Non‑returnable items
• Personalised or custom‑made items
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Digital products (if applicable)
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
4. Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to show on your account.
6. Return postage
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel is safely returned.
